If you provided an email address when you first signed up to the Dean’s Loyalty Card program, you should have recieved an email from “deansgardencentre.co.uk” on how to transfer your account.

(Please note this may have been sent to your Spam or Junk folder)

To transfer simply dowload the Green Card app, enter your linked email address and complete your sign up. You will be emailed a 6 digit code to set your password in the app.

If you did not recieve an email on how to transfer your account, please try one of the alternative transfer method listed below.

If you are an existing Dean’s Loyalty member and you have already signed up to the Green Card app with your linked email address. Your Dean’s account will have automatically been transfered across to Green Card and you will have access to your existing Dean’s points and purchase history.

If you have already signed up to Green Card with a different email address to your linked email address. Please speak to a member of our team on your next visit. 

If you didn’t provide an email address when you signed up to the Dean’s Loyalty Card Programe, don’t worry…

To transfer your account you can download the Green Card app, enter your email, and then enter your existing Dean’s reward card number and your postcode to link your account. 

(Please note the postcode required is what you provided when you first signed up to the Dean’s Loyalty Card program. If you have moved house since your sign up it will be your old postcode.)

If your account is found you will be propted to update any missing details and complete your transfer.

If your Dean’s account cannot be found please speak to a member of out team on your next visit.  

If you don’t have a smartphone. You can register for a physical Green Card when you’re next in store and our team can transfer your current Dean’s Loyalty account to Green Card Loyalty.
